1:1 sessions last 50 minutes for adults and 45 minutes for those aged 11-17.

What can I expect from you during a session?

Psychology support can help you to overcome any setbacks you face and provide you with effective coping strategies as you continue to work towards your goals.

Who is suitable for this service?

How can sport and exercise psychology help me?

Our sessions give you space to talk about your experiences. This helps you to recognise your own sticking points. I will listen to you to understand how you are feeling and we can work together to identify strategies that will help you feel more in control.

A 30-minute initial consultation is FREE. There is no obligation to continue with sessions after this.

Pricing of further sessions starts from £50 per session.

How many sessions will I need?

There is not a simple answer to this question. It all depends on your current situation. As a guide, I usually work with individuals across an average of 6 sessions. Some people need more support than this and others require less.

Is it better to have sessions online or in person?

This is your choice entirely. Some people like the convenience of having sessions online, especially if they live far from Northampton. Some people enjoy sitting down together and having a conversation. My approach is the same regardless of the type of session.
